WHEN FUZION HARDWOOD CALLED ON COPP, THEY HAD ALREADY ACHIEVED TREMENDOUS SUCCESS AT THE DEALER LEVEL. SO MUCH SO THAT DOUBLE DIGIT ANNUAL SALES GROWTH WASN’T A PIE IN THE SKY OBJECTIVE—IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS EXPECTED. COPP was tasked with creating a showroom that wowed the builder community, while putting architects and designers at ease. Mission accomplished. Tom Giancani, Fuzion’s Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at the time, declared unequivocally that the newly designed showroom was "the best marketing investment that Fuzion had ever made. It created such a stir in the marketplace that even our competitors passed along their compliements." COPP Branding + ANNECOTEDESIGN created a total customer experience that left visitors with no doubt that Fuzion understood the value of design.
From the lobby, visitors transition into a minimalist antechamber, whose four wooden pillars convey strength, stability, and longevity. Upon entering the showroom, visitors are met with a pleasing and engaging layout, warm and inviting tones, and long, wide-planked flooring. In an instant, builders, architects and designers can see Fuzion's penchant for innovation, and how they represent a strong alternative to the status quo.
